Implementing accessibility adjustments on the website
The accessibility adjustments on the website were made in accordance with Section G: Internet Services under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) Regulations 5773-2013, to Israeli Standard SI 5568 based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The website has been made accessible to AA level and complies with changes and adjustments made in the Israeli standard document. The website supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, navigation using the keyboard with the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to navigate between links, arrow keys, Enter key for selection, Esc key to exit menus and windows, and pressing H or a number to navigate between headings. The website is checked monthly to ensure maintenance of accessibility standards

At the three office branches, the main branch in Tel Aviv, the branch in Haifa, and the branch in Beit Shemesh, there is accessible parking tailored for people with disabilities. All three branches are located near public transportation and include extensive accessibility for the relevant population
The existing accessibility features on the website:

- Adaptation of the website for use on any type of mobile phone.
- Clear language used in content, with legible fonts.
- Content presented clearly, organized hierarchically with headings, paragraphs, and lists.
- Convenient and straightforward navigation, including accessible and clear menus.
- Clearly labeled links between pages with explanations of their destinations.
- Links at the beginning of the page allowing for skipping to content.
- Adaptation to various screen resolutions (responsiveness).
- Play and pause buttons for videos.
- Accessibility of menus, forms, and fields, with hierarchical headings.
Existing display options on the website:
- There is an option to zoom in or out on the website by pressing the 'CTRL' key together with scrolling the mouse wheel or with '+' to zoom in and '-' to zoom out. You can also enlarge or reduce the font using the accessibility menu found on the website.
- You can navigate between different buttons on the page you are on by pressing the 'TAB' key without using the mouse. Pressing it will move the cursor to the next option on the site.
- You can press the 'Enter' key to activate the link currently selected.
- Most of the website does not include flashing or flickering elements. If any such content is found, you can stop them by focusing on them and clicking with the mouse or navigating to them using the 'TAB' key and pressing 'Enter'.

- Basic zoom in and zoom out (resolution)

At the three office branches, the main branch in Tel Aviv, the branch in Haifa, and the branch in Beit Shemesh, the following facilities are available:
- Parking: Accessible and tailored for people with disabilities.
- Public Transportation: All three branches are located near public transportation and include extensive accessibility for the relevant population.
- Entrance: There is accessible access.
- Elevators: There are accessible elevators for individuals with disabilities, with large numbers.
- Waiting Areas: There is an accessible waiting area at the entrance and within the offices.
- Service Desk: Not fully accessible and does not include induction loop systems for the hearing impaired, but service is provided for individuals with special needs by bringing them to the reception area and providing private assistance.
- Alternative contact methods: Contact can be made through the 'Contact Us' page on the website and via WhatsApp
